Display issues with Outbound Email and Marketing have been resolved.

Some Outbound and Marketing customers may see incomplete or missing information in the Mail Log and Paubox Marketing areas of the dashboard, and Marketing pages may be slow to load or time out.

Email delivery is not affected. Messages are being sent, received, filtered and encrypted normally throughout. No customer data has been lost — this affects only how recent activity is displayed.

We have identified the cause of the Mail Log issue and have a fix in place. We are still investigating the Marketing issue. We will update this page as we have more.
